Vitosha Penthouse

Complete interior design and fit-out of a 280 m² penthouse apartment with double-height living space and panoramic terrace. Minimalist design with natural materials — oak, travertine and bronze accents. The project includes lighting design, bespoke furniture and an integrated home automation system. The penthouse occupies the top two floors of a luxury residential building in Vitosha district. The main challenge was to create a sense of spaciousness and luxury within 280 sq.m., while preserving the intimacy of a residential space. The double-height living area (5.4m) is the heart of the interior — with floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing and an open internal staircase of solid oak and steel. The interior concept combines minimalist aesthetics with the warmth of natural materials. Floors are solid oak with matte finish, walls are in neutral tones with natural stone accents. The kitchen is custom-made by an Italian manufacturer with integrated Gaggenau appliances. Lighting is designed on three levels — general, accent and decorative — with full control via Lutron system.
